Joshua J. Heller is an associate at Heller Espenkotter. He assists the firm in all aspects of legal drafting and related to estate planning and wealth preservation.  Josh has experience related to the creation of wills and trusts, asset protection as well as both prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked as an associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP, a full-service law firm based in Miami. There, Josh focused on transnational real estate, land use and development. From the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, procurement and public-private partnership projects, site plan and zoning approvals, and historic preservation–related issues throughout South Florida, Josh has represented developers, property owners, hospitality businesses, and other clients in connection with a variety of real estate and governmental matters.
