Jared W. Heller is an associate at Heller Espenkotter, focusing on probate litigation and estate planning. Jared assists clients in cases involving will and trust contests, abuse of fiduciary duties, entitlement and challenges to inheritances and asset succession, claims sounding in fraud, duress, undue influence, lack of capacity, and actions by and against trustees, personal representatives, and guardians. Jared also assists the firm’s estate planning department, utilizing his background in contested trust and estate disputes to help his clients avoid the inherent risks of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Jared worked as an associate at Stolzenberg Gelles Flynn & Arango, LLP, based in Coral Gables. There, Jared began his career, focusing on complex probate litigation matters. As a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section, Jared combines his interest in trust and estate litigation with his desire to work closely with individuals impacted by particularly sensitive matters. Through open communication, diligent work, and zealous advocacy, Jared ensures his clients find meaningful resolutions in difficult situations.

Jared received his B.A. in Neuroscience at Tulane University and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Miami College of Law in 2022, graduating with honors.
